Charles G. Ehrig
Charles Ehrig CPA, Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer, is a graduate of the prestigious Benjamin Franklin University school of accounting currently part of George Washington University located in Washington, D.C. He became a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Maryland in 1984. During his 18 years of experience he has been both a partner in a local public accounting firm as well as a sole proprietor in his own public accounting practice. Mr. Ehrig is very active in the local community and also sits on a number of boards of local non-profit organizations.

Albert I. Hawk
"Bud" Hawk is the Chairman of InterPro. His experience in identifying acquisition candidates is a valued resource utilized by InterPro as it continues to expand nationwide.

Albert "Bud" Hawk brings extensive experience and association a Founder and Managing Partner of our sister company, Corstone Capital. At Corstone, Mr. Hawk founded and managed a number of projects, including the formation of a packet data via mobile satellite company, an international wireless private network carrier and an affinity group content and distribution company. Mr. Hawk has placed numerous financings to public and private entities and plays an active role in the management of Corstone's investment portfolio.

Mr. Hawk served as the CEO of a publicly traded company that pioneered wireless, reliable mobile computing products and services to public safety and other wireless markets. He is also Chairman and a founding shareholder of PayStaff, a $600 million business process outsourcing company. With growing success in that industry, he acquired Agility HR, a company offering a comprehensive suite of human resource outsourcing solutions. Mr. Hawk is a member of the Board of Directors and a shareholder in Talent2, a publicly traded company, that provides full service human resources outsourcing in Australia and Asia.

Previously, Mr. Hawk was part of the executive team that grew a publicly traded natural resource and financial services holding company from negligible assets to over $400 million in revenue and $1.5 billion in assets from 1990 to 1993, at which time the companies were sold.

Mr. Hawk was a member of the Washington D.C. office of a national law firm, where he practiced corporate and securities law. While in private practice, he also represented public and private multinational companies in mergers, and acquisitions and high growth information technology companies. Mr. Hawk also served as an attorney for the U.S government in commodity and securities areas.

Mr. Hawk received his law degree from the American University. He is active in venture capital, finance, capital formation and business groups in the Washington D.C. area and has chaired various committees of the American Bar Association. Mr. Hawk is a speaker before business groups and is active in the community.

Michael J. Todd
Michael Todd is currently the Vice President and Legal Counsel for InterPro. Mr. Todd previously served as senior vice president and general counsel for a professional employer organization with more than 5,000 worksite employees. He has served as secretary of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of NAPEO (National Association of Professional Employer Organizations) and has authored articles for PEO and employee benefit magazines. Mr. Todd graduated with honors in 1995 from Florida State University College of Law with a J.D. degree. Mr. Todd also holds a B.A. of Finance from Utah State University where he graduated Cum Laude in 1991. He is a member of both the Utah and Maryland State Bars.
