Sylvia Yang – President, InterPro Pacific
Sylvia Yang is the former President and founder of American Business Co-Op, which she created in 1997 as a joint venture with an international division of ServiceMaster, and which quickly became the nation's largest PEO serving Asian American business owners. Prior to that, she established the PEO division of the Asian American Association and was Chief Financial Officer for the 800-777-Club, Inc., a holding company with numerous divisions focused on the Asian American business community. She has a dozen years of experience in financial management, holds an MBA from New York's St. John's University, is a member of the American Finance Association, and is recognized in professional publications of Marquis Who's Who.

Roberta Podzius - President, Medical Transcription
Roberta has over twenty years of leadership in the medical transcription industry, most recently serving as Vice President of Consulting and Transcription Services with a national transcription consulting firm located in the eastern United States. She began her career in Michigan, serving several Michigan hospitals as a medical transcriptionist, and then later working in the medical malpractice division of a major Detroit area law firm. After relocating to Arizona, Roberta served in a transcription management capacity at a world-renowned Scottsdale clinic and as department head at a nationally-recognized geriatric and research hospital in Sun City. She then left the hospital setting to head up the Western Division of a national MTSO, working with innovative information-technology professionals to research, develop and implement one of the industry's first web-based dictation and transcription platforms. She then left to begin her own independent transcription consulting firm.
Roberta possesses an industry reputation as an innovative leader in the medical transcription field. She has extensive experience with transcription and dictation hardware/software products, operational elements and best-practice standards, sales and marketing functions and client service. She is a member of American Association for Medical Transcription, American Health Information Management Association and Medical Transcription Industry Alliance.

Lyndie Arkell graduate of the Austin Hospital School of Nursing, Lyndie has held a variety of professional positions. From the youngest ever Nursing Administrator at the Repatriation Hospital Heidelberg, Student Nurse Educator at the Alfred Hospital, Prahran, Lyndies' understanding of practice management and computer usage is formidable.
